Metropolitan area and a specialized focus on markets in central and southern Virginia. Kelly has also worked in shopping center and mall leasing, shopping center redevelopment, and pad site sales.

“I am thrilled to join Rappaport as a member of its trusted Brokerage team and feel fortunate to work alongside such an incredible group of colleagues,” said Kelly. “I look forward to leveraging my experience to help clients achieve their goals and foster vibrant retail environments in the communities we serve.”

Kelly graduated from James Madison University with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance. He is a member of ICSC and NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on all of D.C.’s sports teams (especially the Capitals), playing men’s league hockey, and exploring Virginia’s extensive network of wineries and breweries with his wife, family, and friends.
