Rappaport President, Henry Fonvielle met up with Sonny Small, President of Renaissance Centro, for some backcountry skiing in Aspen, CO over the holiday.  Beyond Rappaport and Renaissance Centro’s shared involvement at The Monarch Condominiums in Tysons, Small is a valued, long-time friend of the firm.  At Rappaport, we love the real estate community and the people who comprise it.  This love directly contributes to a robust network of professional relationships that grows larger every day.

Rappaport is committed to cultivating meaningful relationships both inside and outside the office, with our clients and partners, and with everyone in the Rappaport family.  Read on to see how #TeamRappaport fostered community in the commercial real estate world in 2022.

In May, #TeamRappaport came together again for the Ride to End ALZ alongside teams from companies such as KLNB and H&R retail to raise money in support of Alzheimer’s research.

#TeamRappaport came together on a sunny afternoon in June alongside colleagues from across the real estate universe to compete in the JDRF Real Estate Games to fundraise for juvenile diabetes.  Competitors included teams from CBRE, HITT, Clark, and JBG.

This past October, Rappaport hosted a Pickleball Happy Hour, inviting Rappaport employees, as well as brokers from companies such as Papadopolous, CBRE, City Grid DC, Transwestern, and LPSI to try out the brand-new indoor pickleball court in AVEC on H Street, inviting guests to take a lesson and check out the space.
