#TeamRappaport met up for yet another successful Ride to End ALZ at Leesburg’s Morven Park last Sunday. Incredible energy and enthusiasm were in the air as riders took to courses ranging from 10 to 100 miles for the cause. At the finish line, riders were treated to a delicious catered lunch and live music.
Presenting sponsor Rappaport’s team of over 40 riders raised the most out of all teams and Team Rappaport Captain Melin Ross was the highest earner for the entire event, singlehandedly raising over $15,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Sunday was certainly a fitting end to what has been a whirlwind year of fundraising. From the Kickoff Event to the first annual Pickleball Tournament at Worldgate Athletic Club, every dollar raised has made a difference in the lives of those affected by ALZ. To everyone who came out to these events, we thank you for your support!
To everyone who organized and oversaw events, training rides, and team bonding we are so grateful for your dedication and hard work! It takes an incredible amount of planning and effort to put together events like these, and we appreciate all the time and energy that went into making them a success. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to next year’s events. Thank you for all that you do!
Finally, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to this year’s Co-Captains, Melin Ross and Christian Kingston! It was through their labor and guidance that #TeamRappaport was able to achieve such great success this year. Their leadership and commitment to our team have been truly inspiring.
