Sequoia, a premier destination at Washington Harbour, recently negotiated a 15-year lease renewal with Rappaport. The lease, though, isn’t the only thing being renewed: their look is too. The massive 27,000 square foot restaurant on the waterfront will reopen their doors this spring to reveal a design-focused space featuring work from artists around the world. Their menu, too, has been reworked and will offer delicious, modern American classics among other scrumptious favorites.
