Growing “daytime dining” restaurant chain First Watch is planting another flag in Northern Virginia.

The Bradenton, Florida-based First Watch Restaurant Group (NASDAQ: FWRG) has inked a deal for about 6,500 square feet at 12192 Sunset Hills Road in Reston, with plans to open in spring 2025, per Michael McGregor, executive vice president of leasing and acquisitions at A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, which handles leasing for the property. It’s replacing Carrabba’s Italian Grill, which shuttered earlier this year.

First Watch was represented in the lease by a team from Rappaport including Susan Bourgeois, who, along with Kyle Gamber, also repped the chain in its lease of the former TGI Fridays at 12249 Fair Lakes Promenade.
