A 2,300-square-foot lease commitment by Dave’s Hot Chicken brings a new dining tenant to Crossroads Place in Falls Church and marks the area expansion of this growing fast-casual restaurant brand. The Dave’s Hot Chicken lease extends an active period for Crossroads Place, following recent commitments with outdoor furniture/accessory retailer Fortunoff Backyard Store and cheesesteak franchise Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings.
Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as managing agent for the 340,000-square-foot shopping center, located at the heavily traveled intersection of Leesburg Pike and South Jefferson Street. Rappaport’s Melissa Webb, who represents LMC locally, arranged the lease on behalf of property ownership. Roger Carlson of Carlson Retail represented the tenant.
