Five new tenants have moved into the massive Central Park Plaza off the intersection of I-95 and Route 3 in Fredericksburg, Va., a town of just 28,000 citizens.
The 2.5 million sq.-ft. power center has added a sporting goods retailer, two eateries, a dental office and a yoga studio to its list of tenants, adding 84,000 sq. ft. of leased retail space. Central Park Plaza hosts more than 150 tenants and is anchored by Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, and Lowes.
