Team Rappaport is settling back in to the office after another successful ICSC NY Deal Making Conference. We kicked off ICSC NY as a team at dinner on Tuesday and celebrated a great year of accomplishments as one of the top retail brokerage firms in D.C.  Our team’s expertise as restaurant brokers and retail brokers in D.C. really shined as they met with new concepts and clients over the course of the conference.

As trusted retail brokers, our team is looking forward to finishing the year strong following a productive ICSC. In a fast-changing world, where email is the preferred method for communicating, ICSC gives landlords and tenants the opportunity to meet face to face. That is how deals, and more importantly, relationships are made. ICSC New York takes that to another level, as it is the second most attended show, other than RECon in Las Vegas. The show sets us up to finish the year in a great place and kick it into high gear in the new year.
