The first of the new centers, Portsmouth Station, is a 147,305 square-foot property in Manassas anchored by Aldi and Regency Furniture. The property is located at the corner of Portsmouth and Sudley Road, and hosts a daytime population of around 13,000, with steady traffic from the nearby Interstate 66.

Portsmouth Station is a local community staple. Taking the center to its full potential will mean adding top new tenants to the mix, and bolstering the curb-appeal and amenity value of this little gem in the heart of Northern Virginia.


Leesburg Plaza – Leesburg, VA

Based in Loudoun County, Leesburg Plaza is a 234,570 square-foot property featuring top retailers including Giant, Party City, PetSmart and Office Depot. The center serves a local population of nearly 20,000 residents in a prime location near the Leesburg Bypass that sees a large amount of daytime traffic, and an evening dining and leisure crowd.

A top draw at Leesburg Plaza is the range of sit-down and fast-casual dining options available, including Loudoun Kitchen & Bar, Roy Rogers, Subway, Starbucks, Sweet Frog, Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood and ResQ BBQ.

The property presents an exciting opportunity to expand the Rappaport footprint in Leesburg, adding to the strong foundation already built in the area with Village at Leesburg.
