The popular Japanese fashion retailer, Uniqlo, signed a lease for a pop-up location at 555 11th Street NW. This is a temporary tenant for the building, long term leasing opportunities are still available. Melissa Webb, Bill Dickinson and Mike Howard of Rappaport represented the landlord, Rockrose Development Corp. in the transaction.
