You know when Susan is in the office because her radiating confidence takes over the room. She’s the first person to celebrate a team member’s accomplishments but also the first to get back on the grind working on her deals. With a law degree from Florida, she uses her inimitable skillset to negotiate the best deals for her clients. Susan is always willing to lend a hand to the next-gen brokers to help them move forward with their career aspirations. She uses her expertise in the industry to not only push herself even further but to coach, mold and educate Rappaport’s junior brokers.
