District Distilling is the first distillery, restaurant and bar combination in Washington, D.C. When they first began the quest for a new location, there was still a law in place that prevented the manufacturing of liquor on a restaurant’s premises. The proprietors fought to overturn the legislation while Rappaport Broker, Pat O’Meara, searched for the perfect site.
