Thomas G. Bolen III plays an integral role in the day-to-day prospecting, canvassing and business development of Rappaport’s portfolio assets and brokerage relationships. Prior to Rappaport, Thomas played an instrumental role in the growth and development of Florida-based Crossman and Company. With over 7 years in the retail real estate industry, he has closed over $90M+ in lease and sales value. Thomas received his bachelors and Master’s in Business Administration from Florida A&M and was a percussionist for the Florida A&M University’s Incomparable Marching 100 Band. He has earned the distinguished 2015-2016 ICSC Foundation Fiala Fellow award, where he helped increase ICSC Student Memberships among diverse student populations. In 2020, Thomas was selected to serve in the inaugural launch of ICSC’s Next Generation Leadership Network, a select group of future leaders that consists of 59 young professionals from all industry sectors across the US and Canada. Thomas is committed to growing and influencing the Commercial Real Estate industry. Locally, Thomas serves on the Young Leaders Committee with DCBIA and was awarded the 2022 DCBIA Young Leader Achievement Award. Thomas remains very active with AAREP and DMV Black Restaurant Week, and is professionally licensed in VA, DC, MD, and FL.
