As Director of Leasing and Brokerage, Lindsey combines more than a decade of retail real estate experience with a collaborative, results-driven approach to turn market insight into effective leasing strategies. Her leasing experience spans grocery-anchored and neighborhood shopping centers, urban retail, developments, and mixed-use properties. Lindsey is passionate about creating retail environments that enhance the community and position properties for long-term success.
Prior to joining Rappaport, Lindsey built her career at JBG Smith and KLNB, leading leasing and merchandising initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic with experience in both landlord and tenant representation. Early in her career, Lindsey worked at Cushman & Wakefield in Capital Markets where she supported the valuation and sale of commercial real estate loans. Lindsey attended Florida State University where she earned a degree in Finance. She holds real estate licenses in DC, Virginia and Maryland and is a member of ICSC.
