Bill is an expert in retail real estate for the Mid-Atlantic region with extensive experience in all commercial property aspects including ground-up development, tenant construction, building systems, and all facets of brokerage. A native Washingtonian, Bill brings a hospitality mindset to the process of site acquisition for both national and local retailers as well as his agency and leasing work for property owners. In addition to representing owners of several suburban shopping centers, Bill does considerable work with urban and mixed-use properties and excels in the integration of successful retail with other product types. Bill has developed and executed expansion strategies for several national retailers, including Buffalo Wild Wings, AT&T, Peet’s Coffee, Darden Restaurants, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and Gander Mountain. Over his 15 years at Rappaport, Bill received the top producer award multiple times.
