Eddie Rodrigues, Senior Vice President of Operations, brings over 20 years of strategic expertise in commercial real estate. He has a proven track record of maximizing revenue and asset value through innovative solutions. Before joining Rappaport, Mr. Rodrigues held positions at Finmarc Management and Washington REIT, where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of property and asset management, specializing in retail assets. He holds a CSM designation from his active involvement with ICSC and was a France Merrick Scholar at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
