Originally founded in Lima, Peru, Chicken Rico/Super Chicken/District Rico captivated patrons with tantalizing rotisserie chicken dishes made with fiery charcoal and a family marinate recipe. Today, Chicken Rico brings their traditional Peruvian cuisine to the D.C. market with five locations and the goal to open more throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Ideally, Chicken Rico would prefer second-generation restaurant spaces between 2,000-3,000 square feet.
