Barcelona-style Boqueria offers a vibrant and bustling atmosphere to enjoy Spanish tapas and specialty drink selections in the D.C. Metropolitan region. This small-plates restaurant chain continues to expand their D.C. footprint, seeking additional spaces in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Ideal sites include urban and urban edge environments between 2,500 to 6,000 square feet with high visibility and strong pedestrian traffic.
A New York City transplant, Boqueria debuted in the D.C. region in 2012 with the restaurant’s first location in Dupont Circle. A second location opened in Penn Quarter in early 2019.
