Lindsey St. Maxens has joined Rappaport as Director of Leasing and Brokerage, where she will lead leasing initiatives and provide strategic brokerage services across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. With more than a decade in the retail real estate industry, St. Maxens brings a collaborative, results-driven approach that transforms market insight into effective leasing strategies across a diverse range of retail destinations.
As Director of Leasing and Brokerage, St. Maxens will advise landlords of properties including Avec on H Street in Washington, D.C., Mount Airy Shopping Center in Maryland, and Town Center at Sterling and Potomac Festival in VA.

Prior to joining Rappaport, St. Maxens held leasing and brokerage roles at JBG Smith and KLNB, where she led leasing and merchandising initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Her background spans grocery-anchored and neighborhood shopping centers, urban retail corridors, mixed-use properties, and ground-up developments. Earlier in her career, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield in Capital Markets, supporting the valuation and sale of commercial real estate loans.

St. Maxens earned a degree in Finance from Florida State University. She holds real estate licenses in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
