We are all packed up and ready to show at the annual ICSC New York Deal Making. It has been an exciting year at Rappaport culminating with being named one of the top retail brokerage firms in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Our network has continued to grow, as has our team of retail brokers.
Two new members of the Rappaport Retail Brokerage team will be joining us in New York this year, Thomas Bolen III and Mike Leon. “I’m looking forward to exploring all the new retail concepts you can only find in the Big Apple – not mention some authentic New York-style pizza,” said Leon when asked about what he is looking forward to at ICSC. Mike joined us from Rosenthal Properties where he played an integral role in the leasing of a large retail portfolio in the greater DC Metropolitan area. He also has a unique pulse on the market through his previous positions with Bisnow and Douglas Development.
Thomas Bolen, a native Washingtonian, joined us from Crossman and Company in Florida where he was instrumental in the growth and development of institutional and private client retail brokerage services. Thomas received the distinguished 2015-2016 ICSC Foundation Fiala Award, where he helped grow ICSC Student Memberships among diverse populations. “New York ICSC is a great way to close out the year. I am looking forward to hear the expectations for 2018 so we can continue to be at the forefront of emerging retail trends,” said Bolen.
