The center is surrounded by a dense residential population and plans for a comprehensive redevelopment which will result in a walkable, mixed-use destination with a wide array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Cinépolis USA at Kentlands Market Square will draw consumers from across Montgomery County.

Cinépolis USA is a unique operator that offers the coveted experiential retail experience with their enhanced movie-going concept. There are currently 16 theaters in the US located in Southern California, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. This deal at Kentlands Market Square marks the first Cinépolis USA to be brought to Maryland. Cinépolis USA plans to continue to grow in this market, they are seeking 30,000-60,000 SF locations to serve upscale audiences in family oriented environments.
