Lindley Estes, The Free Lance-Star

Rappaport’s $2.6 million overhaul and re-branding of the Central Park office park in Fredericksburg, VA has helped the McLean-based company land the development’s largest tenant to date. After 131 years in downtown Fredericksburg, The Free Lance-Star newspaper moved its headquarters to the newly renovated Central Park Corporate Center.

“The Free Lance-Star is an institution,” says Rappaport President Henry Fonvielle. “For such a local company to be a part of Central Park does a lot for vibrancy. Other companies will feed off that energy. They’ll want to be near that activity.
