Recently Rappaport represented our landlord clients to sign three monumental deals in the Falls Church sub-market.   Through bringing Harris Teeter to 301 West Broad Street, Aldi to Towers Square and Target to Lincoln at Tinner Hill, we greatly enhanced the retail options for this Washington, D.C. suburb. Falls Church has been a bit neglected over the years as developers have chased other suburbs that are struggling with overcapacity. However, Rappaport shifted retailer’s attention to Falls Church by showing the vision and tremendous opportunity in our clients projects.
