Rich Rosendale is a Certified Master Chef who opened ROOTS 657 in Leesburg, VA. The highly successful concept is currently seeking to expand and looking for 1,500 – 2,000 SF sites for Roots Express in urban, high daytime traffic areas in Northern Virginia. Rosendale “grew up in the kitchens of his Italian and German grandmothers, where his love of great good was born and nurtured.” He has accomplished much throughout his career, including achieving rare milestones such as competing in the Bocuse d’Or on behalf of the United States in Lyon, France and coming in third place.
