Site Criteria:
- End cap or free standing preferred
- 25,000 minimum traffic count of primary road
- Minimum of 30 feet of linear storefront for in-line space
- Entirely visible from the primary road or from the center of the project
- Significant flexibility for signage and exterior trade dress
- Patio preferred but not required
