Worldgate Barber to Open

Worldgate Barber has leased 606 square feet at Worldgate Centre in Herndon. Tony Pham, Commercial Specialist for South East Realty, Inc. represented Worldgate Barber in the transaction, and Will Collins of The Rappaport Companies represented the landlord.
The Worldgate Barber space is located between FedEx Office and Marriott Suites Hotel. The shop will open in early September, according to Owner Kirt Vuong.
Worldgate Centre is located, at exit 10 off the Dulles Toll Road, at the intersection of Centreville Road/Elden Street and Worldgate Drive in Herndon. The center includes Worldgate 9 Theatres, Worldgate Sport & Health, Coldstone Creamery and TGI Fridays.
