Woodbridge, Va. - Subway, the world's largest submarine sandwich franchise, with nearly 30,000 locations in 87 countries has leased 1,500 square feet at Smoketown Plaza. Melissa Webb of Rappaport Retail Brokerage represented Subway. The Rappaport Companies represented the landlord.
Subway offers a variety of foot long and 6-inch sandwiches, salads and wraps that are made with a wide assortment of meats, cheeses, vegetables and toppings. All Subway sandwiches are made to order, on freshly baked bread.
Currently undergoing renovation, Smoketown Plaza is located at the intersection of Smoketown and Minnieville roads and is owned by Smoketown Plaza, LLC. The center is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse and includes Glory Days Grill and Village Thrift. The center is managed by The Rappaport Companies of McLean, Va.
