Rappaport Companies to Manage Hungarybrook Shopping Center

The Rappaport Companies has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for Hungarybrook Shopping Center in Richmond, Va. Anchored by Food Lion, Hungarybrook Shopping Center is an 87,000-square-foot neighborhood center at the corner of Parham and Brook roads.

The Rappaport Companies’ Jim Farrell and Fraser Schaufele will lease the center, which includes an 8,400-square-foot space available next to Food Lion.
