New Grocery Store to Anchor Davis Ford Crossing

Manassas, Va. - Super Q Mart, an international supermarket, has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet at Davis Ford Crossing shopping center in Manassas. Super Q Mart, specializes in a wide selection of groceries and fresh produce from all over the world, including organic products from the Amish and Mennonite communities.

Super Q Mart will open next spring replacing the former Weis Market space and becoming the shopping center’s new anchor. Jeff Moon of NBI Realty, Inc. represented Super Q Mart in the transaction. Kristin Off of The Rappaport Companies represented the landlord. Super Q Mart has two other locations in the metropolitan area, Woodbridge, Virginia and Germantown, Maryland.

“Having Super Q Mart as the anchor will be a huge asset for the shopping center. This is great news for our merchants, who will benefit from the traffic Super Q Mart will bring to the center,” said Henry Fonvielle, executive vice president, The Rappaport Companies.

Davis Ford Crossing is located at the intersection Liberia Avenue and the Prince William Parkway in Manassas, Va. The center includes Staples, CVS/pharmacy, Arby's and 35 other retailers. The shopping center is owned by Davis Ford Crossing, LLC and managed by The Rappaport Companies.
