Farrell Joins The Rappaport Companies

James M. Farrell will join The Rappaport Companies of McLean, Va., as Senior Director of Leasing and Brokerage. Co-Founder of Madison Retail Group, Farrell brings more than 20 years of retail real estate experience within the Washington, D.C. region. He will provide leasing and development strategies for existing brokerage clients as well as for Rappaport's existing portfolio.

Farrell started his real estate career in Washington, D.C. at the Retail Services Group of Smithy Braedon in 1990 and went to co-found Madison Retail Group in 1999. Farrell is a Washington, D.C. native and a graduate of the University of Maryland.
