AJ Wright has leased 25,000 square feet at Penn Station Shopping Center. The discount fashion retailer will be located in the former National Wholesale Liquidators store next to Dollar Tree. Michael Patz of KLNB represented AJ Wright in the transaction. Will Collins of The Rappaport Companies represented the landlord.
AJ Wright is a discount fashion retailer offering brand name apparel, footwear and accessories as well as home goods, giftware and toys. The retailer caters to the entire family, offering fashion for women, men, teens and kids. AJ Wright’s price points are typically up to 70% less than discount and chain store prices. “We are very excited about this lease, which will give our customers more reasons to shop at Penn Station,” said Will Collins, Director of Leasing for The Rappaport Companies.
Penn Station is a 244,959-square-foot community shopping center on Pennsylvania Avenue and Silver Hill Road in Prince George’s County. Anchored by a Save A Lot grocery store, the center includes a mix of national and local fashion, service, food and hard goods merchants. Penn Station recently underwent a renovation that included improvements to the lighting, facade, parking lot, signage and landscaping.
