Gallery Place, represented by Rappaport’s Bill Dickinson, Mike Howard, and Melissa Webb, is thrilled to announce the signing of two new tenants: Circa and Studio Xfinity. Being that this is the ultimate destination for urban retail in Washington, D.C., these newcomers will surely be successful in serving the people who work, live, and play in well-known Chinatown.

Studio Xfinity, represented by Rappaport’s Pat O’Meara, allows customers to experience Xfinity products and services in ways never-before possible. Here, people can ask questions, experience the products, and learn about the services offered through hands-on demonstrations.

Circa, represented by Rory Cameron of McCafffery Interests, is a neighborhood bistro with a warm and inviting setting. Serving both food and drinks, the restaurant currently has four other locations.

Studio Xfinity and Circa will perfectly complement other retailers already of Gallery Place, located at 7th and H St, near the Chinatown Metro.
